The duration of M.B.A. course shall be of two years consisting Semester-I & II in first year and Semester-III & IV in second year.
Subject to compliance with the provisions of this direction and of other ordinances on force from time to time, an applicant for admission to this course shall have passed degree examination of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University or any other recognized university equivalent there to with 50% aggregate marks for open category and 45% marks aggregate for Backward class candidates or as notified by the state Government from time to time. Provided that students admitted through Central Entrance Test (CAP) conducted by Directorate or any other entrance examination conducted by competent authority approved by the directorate of technical education and fulfilling the eligibility conditions prescribed by the Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University shall only be admitted to this course.
The examinations for all Semesters shall be held twice a year at such places and on such dates as may be fixed by the University.
Students should carry identity card with them regularly and it should be produced if demanded by the authority.
The attendance for the Regular classes and Sessional exams conducted in the college is compulsory.
It is imperative that the students strictly adhere to the day of opening and closing of each term during the academic year.
The student should read the notices displayed on the notice board regularly and college will not be responsible for the loss of any advantage due to negligence of reading notices on the part of the student.
The student should not cause any damage to the college property. Smoking, chewing of tobacco and other such elements are strictly prohibited in the college premises.
The college office should be informed in writing of any change in address of the students with immediate effect.
The above rules of discipline are always subject to change, modification, addition, omission or alteration and shall be modified, whenever the Principal deems it fit and proper. The decision of the Principal shall be final and binding on the students.
Ragging within or outside of any educational institution is prohibited. Whosoever directly or indirectly commits, participates in debts, or propagates ragging within or outside any educational institution shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term up to 2 years and / or penalty, which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
Any student convicted of an offence of ragging shall be dismissed from the educational institution and such student shall not be admitted in any other educational institution for a period of five years from the date of order of such dismissal.
Whenever any student or, as the case may be, the parent or guardian, or a teacher of an educational institution complains, in writing, of ragging to the head of the educational institution, the head of that educational institution shall, without prejudice to the foregoing provisions, within seven days of the receipt of the complaint, enquire into the matter mentioned in the complaint and if; prima facie, it is found true, suspend the student who is accused of the offence, and shall, immediately forward the complaint to the police station having jurisdiction over the area in which the educational institution is situated, for stricter action.
The decision of the head of the educational institution in which the student has indulged in ragging is final.
