Duration Of SIP
The mandatory SIP for all the students is of 45 days. But it has been observed that this duration of 45 days is not enough for the students to understand different job profiles in corporate. So we propose to extend this duration further up to 45 days i.e. total duration up to 90 days. This will give an opportunity to the students to understand corporate more closely and increase the chances of more PPO conversions. The various ways of adjusting this duration are as follows :
If the duration is of 45 days then we can start this immediately after end of University exams. This won’t affect the academic calendar of the institute.
If the duration is 60 days still we can start this after end of University exams.
If the duration tends to be of 90 days then we need to take a call on how go ahead. We can divide this duration into two parts i.e. pre exam and post exam SIP. If we are able to complete our academic session little earlier then we can send students for pre exam SIP.
